CBT, a global leader in diabetes technology, seeks a Senior O2C Specialist to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle from Porto, Portugal. You will drive collections, billing, cash application, and complex disputes, mentoring a team of junior specialists to support growth.

Fluent German and strong English are required, with 5–7 years in O2C/AR/Finance Operations and prior supervisory experience. ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday) and advanced Excel are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years in O2C/AR/Finance Operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• German (spoken and written) and English (C1 level).
• ERP systems experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday; advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own the O2C cycle: billing, collections, cash application, disputes.
• Drive collection strategies to reduce DSO and AR aging reports.
• Ensure SOX/IFRS compliance and internal controls.
• Champion automation and standardization to boost efficiency.
• Mentor junior specialists and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax.
