Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Junior Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training for the Medical device segment. The role focuses on enabling conformity assessments by building skills and knowledge across diverse teams in a global, corporate setting.

The position requires experience in training and a strong understanding of medical device regulations, with a hybrid/remote work model and opportunities for professional development within SGS.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training and mentoring.
• Knowledge of developing both online (e-learning) and in-person training.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for the Medical device segment.
• Convert training material into engaging e-learning modules; work with SMEs.
• Support certificates, enrollments, and training records.
• Schedule training sessions and track trainee progress.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge (EU MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP).
