Carl Zeiss Vision Portugal S.A. in Lisbon seeks a Business Process Admin Specialist to support PSGP and TSGP across medical and non-medical device projects, ensuring structured and compliant product development processes.

You will coordinate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Production, maintain SOPs and templates, prepare management presentations, and drive continuous improvement in a truly international, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, quality management, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Support PSGP and TSGP facilitators with process coordination and operational activities.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, templates, checklists, and workflow materials.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews, project updates, milestones, actions, and reporting.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for management reviews, audits, and governance meetings.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant processes.
