Biotalent is seeking a Head of Launch Management to lead the global planning and execution of launches across OSD and Sterile product portfolios. You will oversee governance, cross‑functional teams, and external partnerships to deliver launches on time and within commercial targets.

The role demands strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, spanning Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial functions, with multi‑market oversight and stakeholding engagement.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years leading global product launches.
• Experience with OSD and Sterile portfolios.
• Exposure to CMOs/CDMOs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global launch strategy and execution across OSD and Sterile products.
• Establish launch governance and best practices.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for portfolio launches.
• Ensure manufacturing and commercial readiness across markets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
