Viatris is seeking a Global Artwork Coordinator (Launches) in Portugal to support growth and regulatory objectives by leading artwork coordination for regional launches and lifecycle updates. The role involves creating and managing artwork templates, mock-ups and submission artworks to ensure alignment with regulatory timelines.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical artwork.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in coordination and/or project management.
• Regulatory affairs experience would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritise submission artwork requests, ensuring delivery in line with regulatory timelines.
• Create and maintain submission artwork templates and mock-ups.
• Develop clear design briefs for artwork vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct design and compliance reviews to align with EMA and national Health Authority requirements.
• Own Centralized Procedure artwork templates and lifecycle management.
• Validate packaging data against Viatris standards prior to release.
• Coordinate artwork change controls within TrackWise and maintain documentation.
• Monitor and report artwork project status, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify issues and escalate where needed.
• Manage end-to-end pictogram process and INN/strength colours for non-branded launches.
