Accord Healthcare in Portugal seeks a Product Manager within the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing and communication activities for Specialty Brands and Branded Generics. You will adapt global materials to the local market, create new materials, and support events and training for the sales force.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cross-functional collaboration across Europe, and leading launches of the Urology portfolio, with English fluency required and strong stakeholder

Qualificações

• Proven experience in strategic brand management and product launches within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and planning skills, with ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Time management: uses his/her time effectively and efficiently, concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities.
• Drive for results: can be counted on to exceed goals and perform at a high level.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience or traineeship in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Very good social and collaboration skills; able to work across levels and functions.
• Commercial/business mindset and customer focus.
• Master's in marketing, MBA or similar desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Participation in the definition of the SBs local marketing plan and its implementation.
• Adaptation of promotional materials provided by Global to the local market; development of new materials (printed and digital).
• Cooperation with marketing agencies in material development.
• Support external & internal communications, manage website updates and press releases.
• Contribute to national congresses and events with HCPs.
• Support sales force training of new launches through market research and scientific reviews.
• Participation in internal EMENA meetings and reporting in English.
• Slide deck preparation for internal and external use.
• Marketing expenses control and budget follow-up.
• Independently manage the Urology portfolio and lead launches.
• Define and adapt global and local brand campaigns.
• Contribute to annual budget planning with strategic insights.
• Lead creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans.
• Drive omnichannel campaigns and align materials across channels.
