Sensor Tower is seeking a Business Technology Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT tools and facilities for our global staff. You thrive in a SaaS environment and deliver service-oriented support while enabling secure, scalable IT operations across the organization.

You will coordinate IT asset procurement, maintain SaaS licences, provide user training, and partner with tech leaders to enforce security controls and efficient workflows.

Qualificações

• Experience with corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
• Ability to review vendors and drive process improvements.
• Experience purchasing and coordinating IT equipment delivery and asset inventory.
• Maintaining SaaS applications and licensing.
• Collaborating with technical leaders to ensure secure systems.
• Training users and providing IT support when issues arise.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and interpret policies for Corporate IT and SOC II compliance.
• Review new vendors and drive process improvements.
• Purchase and coordinate IT equipment delivery and keep asset inventory updated.
• Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems meet security controls.
• Review project plans to schedule activity and track progress.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning.
