Match Profiler is seeking an IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end IT hiring, collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to understand needs and identify the right talent for our international client base.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of IT profiles, the chance to influence sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and contribute to a positive candidate experience within a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical/IT roles.
• Good understanding of the IT market and technical profiles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify IT talent.
• Screen and assess candidates according to technical and behavioural requirements.
• Conduct interviews and provide structured feedback.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
