DKSH Performance Materials seeks an Inbound Specialist to manage inventory, imports, and supplier coordination within a fast-paced, international Operations team. You will ensure accurate stock levels, timely deliveries, and proactive risk management across markets and logistics partners.

You should have about 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, be proficient in Portuguese and fluent in English, with strong planning and problem-solving skills and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain support.
• Good understanding of customer service processes; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organization and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
• Proficient in Portuguese.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams across markets.
• Maintain forecasts, place supplier orders, and manage inventory levels.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers.
• Monitor stock, identify risks, and resolve supply issues proactively.
• Ensure timely complete deliveries with warehouses and partners.
