Ergomed is seeking an experienced professional to manage an ICSR Management Unit with responsibility for staffing, productivity targets, and budget oversight. You will lead senior staff, ensure resource adequacy, and drive high-quality pharmacovigilance outputs across post-marketing and clinical processing.

The role requires extensive PV experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments while supporting contracts and business analytics.

Qualificações

• Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive pharmacovigilance case processing, post-marketing and clinical processing knowledge.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in managing teams and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the ICSR Management Unit to ensure productive, fully resourced teams.
• Set productivity targets and reallocate resources to maximise output.
• Oversee budgets, reports, and analyses for multiple projects and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with other departments and HR on recruitment and staffing needs.
• Support contract development and business/operational analytics as applicable.
• Assist Directors and ensure compliance with quality and CAPA reviews.
