Ergomed is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional to join our global team. The role focuses on leading ICSR activities, ensuring quality in case processing and metrics, and supporting cross-department collaboration across pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in pharmacovigilance, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills to drive process improvements and maintain high standards of patient safety.

Qualificações

  • Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare qualification.
  • 5–6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including minimum 3 years in a line manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide support to project team activities for the client and the company.
  • Line manage assigned ICSR staff.
  • Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including optimizing procedures and trainings.
  • Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead.
  • Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
  • Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
  • Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
  • Support other departments as approved by the ICSR Operational Lead.
  • Serve as the SME for the team and support other SMEs.
  • Support the RA & PV Network Department, including acting as LCPPV and PRLS as agreed.

  • Providing support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company
  • Line Manages assigned ICSR staff
  • Creates and maintains project specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities (this includes optimizing procedures, trainings and any other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency)
  • Proposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
  • Manages ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support
  • Reviews trackers and timesheet data and ensures accuracy
  • Is involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
  • Support other departments, as approved and instructed by ICSR Operational Lead
  • Operates as the assigned team SME and supports other SMEs
  • Supporting the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including acting as the LCPPV (Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance) for the specified country and taking on the role of PRLS (Person Responsible for Local Screening) for the designated language, as agreed with the line manager
  • Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance
  • 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance within which minimum 3 year of work experience in line manager role.
