SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the HR function globally and configure SAP SuccessFactors. This role ensures data accuracy, assists users, and collaborates with the team to align the system with business needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HRIS experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field. Certification is a plus, and the position supports a global, distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years in an HRIS support role, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with maintenance and configuration of SuccessFactors, focusing on data integrity and accuracy.
• Support HR users by providing guidance, troubleshooting system issues, and managing user access.
• Conduct data imports/exports, ensuring compliance with data security standards.
• Document business rules, system processes, and configurations to ensure consistent data handling.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed while supporting global HR initiatives.
