Job summary

Usercentrics is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our HR Operations team. You will mentor a small team, manage HRIS and payroll, and ensure compliance across Germany and other hubs, collaborating with Finance and external vendors.

The role requires fluency in English and either German or Portuguese, a deep understanding of international labour law, and a track record of process automation and continuous improvement within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations in a global environment.
• 1–3 years in team supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and international labour law (German focus).
• Experience with HRIS (Personio/Workday/SAP/PeopleSoft) and payroll data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small HR operations team with clear objectives and regular feedback.
• Oversee HRIS data management, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure German payroll compliance and co-ordinate with finance for budgets and headcount.
• Coordinate with external vendors (Payroll, Taxation, Social Security) for compliance.
• Conduct internal HR audits and drive process improvements across hubs.
