Maersk is seeking a dedicated People Operations Senior Advisor for a 1-year temporary position at our Lisbon office. The role supports our Global Operations Team and collaborates with the HQ in Denmark to drive HR processes and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

The successful candidate will manage HR queries via platforms like Workday, support change management, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure data quality across HR systems while operating in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in HR operations.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying needs and collaborating with HR colleagues.
• Initiative, prioritization and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working as an engaged member of a virtual team.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with HR procedures, practices, policies, systems, and HQ regulations.
• Respond to HR queries via online platforms like Workday and chat.
• Support training and change management initiatives.
• Manage case resolution from opening to closure, including escalation as needed.
• Guide employees and managers in using self-service tools such as Workday.
• Maintain HR data quality and perform HR transactions.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Execute system updates and changes, including performance form uploads.
• Provide administrative support requiring face-to-face interactions.
• Offer general HR support across the employee lifecycle.
