Rayner is seeking an HR Advisor, Europe to partner with people managers across Europe. This role provides day-to-day guidance on employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, with hybrid work from our Porto office and remote days.

You will manage HR policies, payroll support liaison, data integrity for HRIS and LMS, and lead engagement initiatives, contributing to an inclusive, compliant workplace across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Deliver onboarding and lifecycle support, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and GDPR.
• Review and develop HR policies and procedures to support European objectives.
• Support payroll and benefits administration and communicate about company benefits.
• Promote wellbeing, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; coordinate health referrals and return-to-work support.
• Act as subject matter expert for HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Engagement Hub) ensuring data integrity and improvements.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and learning programmes.

The HR Advisor, Europe is a business partner to people managers, providing them with day-to-day support to ensure they have the tools and resources to manage, develop, motivate and retain their team members.

Please note that this is a hybrid position, with 3 days on-site at our regional office in Porto and 2 days work from home (WFH).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Deliver an effective onboarding experience and support the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and GDPR requirements.
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational objectives across Europe.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing and providing guidance to employees on company benefits.
• Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including coordinating occupational health referrals and return-to-work support.
• Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems (HRIS, LMS and Engagement Hub), ensuring data integrity and supporting continuous system improvement.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities, including annual events, learning initiatives, and programmes that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Experience of working in a Manufacturing Industry or similar fast paced environment
• Fluent in additional languages (French or German)
