The Waterworks is seeking an organized Human Resources Coordinator to support international HR across Portugal, France, and London, with expansion to Milan. The role requires onsite presence in Porto, handling payroll coordination, employee documentation, and compliance, while collaborating with the U.S.

People Team. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of building relationships across cultures and time zones.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience with international HR across multiple countries preferred.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required; French and/or Italian preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day international HR administration across Portugal, France, London, and future locations.
• Coordinate payroll with local providers and internal teams.
• Maintain employee records and HR files; onboarding and offboarding support.
• Support benefits administration and local compliance with external resources.
• Translate HR documents as needed; collaborate with U.S. People Team.
• Provide general admin and accounting support to the U.S. Accounting team.
