The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in global finance functions and possess expertise in various areas, including governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates will be evaluated on their strategic leadership capabilities and operational mastery.

Qualificações

• Proven track record as a senior operational leader in Global Business Services (GBS).
• Deep understanding of transactional finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
