adidas Group in Porto is seeking a Specialist GBS External Workforce to support end-to-end external workforce lifecycle within SAP Fieldglass. You will collaborate with hiring managers, Procurement, HR, suppliers, and legal teams to ensure compliant, accurate processes.
The role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and stakeholder experience, with opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and contribute to continuous improvement across GBS Procurement.
Competenze
- University degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Law, Finance or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in external workforce management, procurement, or shared services.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS is advantageous.
- Experience with supplier management, contracts, and procurement processes is desirable.
Mansioni
- Support end-to-end external workforce lifecycle through SAP Fieldglass, including requests, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Review and process external workforce requests in line with policies.
- Partner with hiring managers, Procurement, HR, suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor external workforce data and maintain accurate records in SAP Fieldglass.
- Support operational reporting, audits, compliance checks, and process documentation.
- Respond to stakeholder questions and provide guidance on processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
- Support contract administration and legal procurement activities when required.
- Assist with legal spend monitoring and billing activities using Legal Tracker.
- Support DocuSign workflows and record maintenance.
- Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement across GBS Procurement.
