Job summary

Nestlé Business Services (NBS) Lisbon is seeking an International Logistics Import/Export - Freight Specialist to manage end-to-end freight for Nestlé Professional projects. You will define delivery modes, ensure customs compliance, and work with warehouses, purchasing, and managers to optimize processes.

Required are a degree in business administration, logistics or supply chain, strong SAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the movement of goods from pickup to delivery at markets.
• Researches ideal shipping routes, carriers and routing options.
• Coordinates with overseas suppliers, customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Resolves issues related to shipped orders.
• Ensures all required documentation is prepared and compliant.
• Collaborates with warehouses, purchasing and managers to optimize processes.
