O candidato ideal tem formação em Administração/Logística, forte conhecimento de logística internacional, SAP e ferramentas como Excel e Power BI, com experiência em exportação/importação.

Qualifications

• Formação superior em Administração, Logística, Cadeia de Suprimentos ou área relevante.
• Domínio sólido de logística e transporte internacional.
• Conhecimento de navegação SAP.
• Conhecimento de Excel e Power BI.
• Conhecimento de regulamentação de importação/exportação.

Responsibilities

• Supervisionar o movimento de mercadorias.
• Pesquisar rotas ideais de envio, roteamento e transportadoras.
• Resolver questões relativas a pedidos enviados.
• Organizar cronogramas de envios e modos de entrega.
• Assegurar toda a documentação necessária para conformidade.
• Garantir a chegada dos produtos ao cliente.

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Documentation Specialist (Freight). Reporting to Trade Assets Supervisor, this professional will be responsible to ensure all transportations related with Nestle Professional (Obsidian Project). Define schedules and delivery modes used to be compliant and costs effective. Guarantee documents clearance and ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.

A day in the life of…

Documentation Specialist (Freight)

• Supervises the movement of the goods
• Research ideal shipping, routing, and carriers
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
• Be responsible of the organization of all the schedules of shipments, number of goods to be delivered, delivery modes used
• Ensure all the needed documentation
• Accountability to make goods arrive to Customer

What will make you successful

• Degree in business administration, logistic, supply chain or relevant field
• Solid understanding of logistics
• Competence in international related transportation and shipping
• Good domain of SAP navigation
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Import/Export regulamentation knowledge
