Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director CQ QMS Execution to provide strategic leadership for Commercial Quality QMS governance and execution. The role involves shaping the QMS strategy in partnership with local operating companies, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable harmonized, risk-based QMS execution and continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree is required.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related Technical/Quality discipline preferred; Master’s in Quality or Regulatory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CQ QMS governance and execution across multiple elements.
• Lead local operating companies and regional teams in applying QMS elements.
• Enable risk-based quality management and continuous improvement across the network.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, global team delivering four QMS execution pillars.
