Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Learning Delivery Quality Lead to design and deliver onboarding, role-readiness, and capability development for Clinical Operations staff. The role partners with operational leaders, quality, HR, and client stakeholders to ensure compliant, well-prepared teams for global clinical research activities.

The position requires experience training CRAs, CPMs, or Clinical Line Managers, strong LMS skills, and the ability to improve training programs in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or Training within clinical research organizations is required.
• Prior experience training CRAs, CPMs, or Clinical Line Managers is a must.
• Minimum 7–10 years of overall professional experience; CRA experience is a must.
• Experience in regulated environments (ICH-GCP/SOPs) is required.
• Experience using LMS and training compliance tracking in pharma/CRO/FSP environments.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Experience managing onboarding and role-based training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, role-readiness, and capability development programs for Clinical Operations staff.
• Coordinate study-specific, process, systems, and compliance training activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance role-based training curricula for CRAs, CTAs, Study Managers, and Direct Line Managers.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training workshops.
• Monitor training compliance and competency metrics.
• Support workforce capability development with Operational Leaders, Quality, and HR.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
• Support inspection readiness through accurate training documentation.
• Develop and deploy soft skills training programs.
