Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Release Data & Analytics Deploy Lead to drive end-to-end deployment activities for Data, MDG, Data Migration, and Analytics across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will ensure data readiness across Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner, Finance, and more within a global, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, MDG, data governance, or analytics deployment roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP master data across MM, SD, FI/CO, BP, and related modules.
• Experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with GxP, SOX, CSV, audit, GDPR, and data integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end master data & analytics deployment for the assigned release, including preparation, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Develop and maintain release-level deployment plans, playbooks, checkpoints, and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate with Data Stewards, MDG teams, and Data Migration teams to ensure data readiness across all objects.
• Ensure release-level alignment with global standards, templates, and compliance requirements.
• Lead mock load cycles, data validation checks, reconciliation activities, and readiness sign-offs.
• Lead cutover execution for data migration and manage go-live and hypercare phases.
