Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Data Governance Lead, EMEA – Surgery & Electrophysiology, to own end-to-end governance across the EMEA commercial ecosystem. The role focuses on data quality, glossaries, lineage, and stewardship, reporting to the Data Strategy & Capability Leader.

You will coordinate governance forums, drive accountability, and ensure governance is practical and business enabling across markets with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading governance, data quality standards, and data dictionaries.
• Proven ability to run governance forums and log decisions.
• Exposure to commercial data systems (ERP/CRM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the end-to-end data governance framework across the EMEA region.
• Own the governance calendar and host governance forums.
• Coordinate Data Stewards and Administrators across markets.
