Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on coordinating multiple brands for a strategic client, ensuring smooth digital project execution, strong client relationships, and seamless collaboration between local and international teams.

You will engage in cross-market alignment, manage timelines and resources, and drive operational excellence across creative, production, data, CRM, Social Media, and WebOps teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, management or digital business.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, digital operations, client services or account management.
• Experience in a creative/digital agency, media or consultancy environment.
• Experience coordinating multinational clients and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational point of contact for multiple client brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end digital projects from briefing to delivery.
• Define timelines, priorities, resources and dependencies.
• Monitor timelines, quality, budgets and objectives.
