Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational point of contact for client brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end digital projects from briefing to delivery.
• Define timelines, priorities, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Production, Data, CRM, Social Media and WebOps.
• Monitor performance and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
