Job summary

VML is seeking a Digital Account Manager to temporarily join our Social Media team in Lisbon. The role centers on senior client management, coordinating 360 campaigns, and ensuring timely, strategic delivery for multiple accounts with autonomy and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management and/or client management within an agency context, with a focus on social media.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client relationships at key moments — presentations, approvals, escalations, and strategic reviews — in coordination with the Social Media Managers responsible for daily contact.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Oversee and coordinate 360 campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment among all involved parties.
• Support budget management and control per client, as well as the monitoring of billing processes.
• Participate in and support shoots and content production, ensuring the connection between the client, the creative team, and production partners.
• Prepare and monitor status reports, contact reports, and project documentation.
• Actively collaborate with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead on strategic planning and responding to briefings.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities within the managed accounts.
