Job summary

Prophix seeks a Manager, Professional Services to lead a team of Consultants and Solution Architects delivering Prophix One implementations for finance teams across EMEA, balancing hands-on coaching with oversight of project timelines, quality, and client outcomes. You will join the Professional Services organization within Prophix's Customer Success function.

You’ll work with Sales and Delivery leadership to keep engagements on track and clients live on the platform, while driving delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in a Professional Services or implementation delivery role within SaaS or enterprise software.
• 3+ years managing or leading a team and developing people.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-stakeholder software implementations on time and within scope.
• Strong project management discipline with structured planning tools and regular status updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery health across a portfolio of Prophix One CPM/FP&A implementation and migration engagements across EMEA/UK.
• Distinguish normal friction from risk to go-live and raise issues promptly.
• Hold the team to delivery best practices and ensure quality and timely outcomes.
• Intervene on churn risk during delivery and take corrective action.
• Keep stakeholders updated with concise, data-forward status reports for clients and leadership.
• Maintain accurate data in delivery tools for portfolio health and forecast accuracy.
• Surface expansion opportunities and route to Sales/CS with context to act on them.
• Serve as senior escalation point for engagement risk and client issues.
