Job summary

QIMA is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Delivery Lead to turn a multi‑entity, high‑visibility change agenda into measurable delivery. You will drive Day 1 readiness through to stable handover, coordinating acquisitions, NetSuite enhancements and multi‑book finance changes across Europe, Brazil and other locations.

You will lead a cross‑functional delivery team, manage dependencies and provide clear, fact‑based reporting to the Director, Group Finance Transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex finance transformation, ERP or business change programmes.
• Proven ability to plan, sequence and govern multi‑workstream delivery.
• Experience managing acquisition or entity integrations from Day 1 through handover.
• Strong stakeholder management across country finance teams, vendors and delivery teams.
• Comfortable working with offshore build teams and coordinating global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated delivery plan across FY27 finance transformation programmes.
• Own the finance integration plan for each acquisition from Day 1 readiness to handover.
• Coordinate entity onboarding, chart of accounts mapping, close activities and finance readiness.
• Manage RAID, risks, issues and dependencies with clear owners and actions.
• Build trusted relationships with country finance teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop delivery team, governance, templates and knowledge sharing.
