Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Senior Consolidation Consultant to lead multi-entity FC implementations across EMEA and the UK. You will own architecture, guide workshops, and deliver end-to-end consolidation processes with a focus on control and audit readiness.

You will mentor consultants, improve delivery standards, and support pre-sales scoping while collaborating with clients’ finance leaders and internal teams. This role requires travel and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial consolidation, financial close, group reporting, or CPM/consolidation software implementation, including at least 3 years leading full-cycle consolidation implementations.
• Hands-on experience producing consolidated financial statements for multi-entity, multi-currency groups.
• Strong working knowledge of investment and equity eliminations, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidated cash flow.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and at least one relevant local GAAP; ability to apply them in a system design context.
• Proven ability to run client workshops, translate accounting requirements into system design, and communicate with finance leaders including CFOs and Controllers.
• Experience integrating data from ERP/GL systems (e.g., SAP, Unit4, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and designing account mappings.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of Prophix Financial Consolidations (FC) for multi-entity organizations across EMEA and the UK.
• Shape future-state design, own FC solution architecture, and guide the client from workshop to go-live.
• Mentor team members, review work, and contribute reusable templates and accelerators.
• Manage multiple engagements with scope, risk, and timeline oversight, communicating progress to clients and leadership.
• Assist pre-sales with scoping and effort estimation; ensure delivery feasibility.
• Enable clients to operate close and reporting processes independently after go-live.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and drive quality and consistency across engagements.
