Job summary
HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Senior Analytics & Reporting Developer to design and deliver Power BI and Databricks-based reporting solutions for a global client base. The role focuses on turning complex datasets into actionable insights, building semantic models, KPIs and self-service analytics capabilities across a modern Lakehouse platform.

Qualifications
- Advanced Power BI development experience
- Strong DAX calculations and KPI definitions
- Experience with Power Query and semantic models
- Proficiency in Databricks SQL and dashboards
- Strong SQL skills for large datasets
- Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture
- Experience in data modeling for BI
- Ability to translate requirements into reporting solutions
- Experience in Agile environments
- Professional English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Build semantic models and reusable datasets for self-service analytics.
- Create KPIs and executive reporting for decision-making.
- Develop queries and views in the Databricks ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers/Architects to ensure data quality.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
