Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a German Customer Support Specialist to serve as the main contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring smooth, personalized experiences. You will resolve inquiries and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with customers via phone, email and chat, coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues swiftly, and document interactions to support a seamless service journey for a diverse client base.

Qualificações

• German proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or related role.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and advance in the field.
