Job summary

FairJourney Bio seeks a Commercial Analytics and Operations Lead to own analytics, reporting, CRM and operational processes behind Business Development. You will lead the Analytics and Operations team, turning commercial data into reliable visibility and insight while remaining hands-on with complex analyses.

You will combine people leadership with pipeline analysis, reporting effectiveness and data quality to scale and stabilise operations across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Analytics, CRM and data quality.
• Experience with pipeline management and governance in a biotech/pharma context.
• Ability to translate data into actionable executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring commercial reporting, dashboards and governance routines.
• Lead complex commercial analyses requiring interpretation and judgement.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, gaps and risks and recommend actions.
• Provide leadership with clear commercial and operational insights for prioritisation.
