Randstad’s Global CISO Office is seeking an Application Security Specialist to guide secure development across our front-office applications. This architectural, governance, and enablement role emphasizes security by design with developer teams, not hands-on coding.

Hybrid role in Portugal requiring CET hours. You will embed secure design patterns, threat‑model with SOC teams, and ensure compliance with data privacy policies while translating security needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Security Specialist or Security Engineer in a global enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of full‑stack architectures, REST APIs, modern web technologies, and security patterns.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD automated software delivery pipelines and application security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Proven ability to translate complex security and data privacy requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing executive, business, and tech stakeholders.
• Preferred: Hands‑on experience working directly within Salesforce security and configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Embed Security by Design across the SDLC and architectural design patterns.
• Enable Developer Squads with secure design patterns and risk evaluation.
• Co‑Design the Global SOC by threat‑modeling and shaping governance for Randstad’s security operations.
• Map security requirements with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed them into roadmaps and architectures.
• Advocate for a highly secure, compliant ecosystem aligned with Data Privacy legislation.
