Jobgether seeks a CISO Mentor (part-time) to advise and shape a scalable security program across a global technology environment. You will guide governance, risk, and compliance, while supporting product security, incident response, and secure development practices.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in senior Information Security leadership roles such as CISO or Head of Information Security.
• Proven experience building and scaling an Information Security program in startups or scaling orgs.
• Experience in regulated environments (FinTech, HealthTech, GovTech) and navigating audits/frameworks like SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Strong knowledge of securing high-throughput, distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to establish risk management, compliance, and vendor risk processes and coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor security leaders on building and scaling an information security program.
• Provide strategic guidance on perimeter defenses, APIs security, and DDoS mitigation.
• Lead Vulnerability Management and coordinate external penetration testing programs.
• Guide Incident Response and post-breach communications with stakeholders.
• Promote secure development and a security-first culture across product and engineering teams.
• Advise on data protection, encryption, access controls, and fraud/security initiatives.
