Randstad Enterprise is seeking an Application Security Specialist to join the Global CISO Office. The role focuses on security by design, architecture, governance and enablement rather than hands-on coding.

Hybrid presence in Portugal; CET business hours; 5–7 years in security with SDLC and modern web tech expertise. Salesforce security experience is a plus and CI/CD security tooling is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or CS required.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Security Specialist or Security Engineer.
• Experience architecting secure solutions in a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, security by design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a security-by-design mindset across development squads.
• Lead secure design decisions and evaluate security impacts for architectural choices.
• Co-design and govern the Global SOC operating model and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security into roadmaps.
• Champion compliance with organizational policies and data privacy laws.
