Trustly in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to own end-to-end billing for the US and Brazil markets. You will collaborate with Product and Account Management to ensure accurate onboarding and smooth billing workflows within a global FinOps team across Portugal, Stockholm, and the US.

The role requires 2–3 years of billing experience, familiarity with W9/W8 tax documents, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of billing experience, ideally in the Americas.
• Experience collecting W9/W8 tax documentation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; startup mentality and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end billing for the US and Brazil markets.
• Set up new customers in billing systems and ensure accuracy from day one.
• Collect and manage W9/W8 tax documentation during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Account Management to ensure accurate, timely billing.
• Support global implementation activities with the Global Implementation lead.
