Minacs is looking for a Billing and Payments Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will manage end-to-end invoicing workflows for advertising clients and ensure accurate client billing in line with contractual terms and campaign deliveries.

Successful candidates will have 1–2+ years of experience in invoicing or a related field, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a keen attention to detail. The position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing operations, or ad operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end invoicing workflows for advertising clients.
• Generate and distribute accurate client invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in English (C1)

Invoicing or billing operations experience

Communication skills

Proficiency with numbers and spreadsheets
