Amazonia Bio in Cascais is seeking a junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our international B2B sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and qualify leads for the senior commercial team, helping to build a robust European pipeline.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Agronomy, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, data-driven, and organized CRM user.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients across international markets, with a focus on Europe.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects based on needs and budget.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date lead records and pipeline tracking in CRM and PM tools.
• Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified meetings and product presentations for senior sales staff.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and map key players to support sales strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations to align lead gen and onboarding.
