Job summary

Mantu is seeking a Global AI Lead to define and execute the group AI vision and strategy across its brands and corporate functions. You will drive adoption, governance, and value creation, acting as the single point of contact for AI communications.

You will lead three teams—adoption & change, tools deployment & governance, and internal AI engineering—recruiting and developing these teams while aligning objectives, ways of working, and performance standards with the Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, engineering, data, AI, product, consulting, or large-scale transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managers, or complex programmes.
• Experience operating in a global, multi-country, or matrix organisation.
• Proven track record of taking AI, automation, or data products from experimentation to production adoption.
• Experience working with senior business leaders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group’s artificial intelligence vision and strategy.
• Drive adoption, governance, and value creation across brands and corporate functions.
• Lead three teams: adoption & change, tools deployment & governance, and internal AI engineering.
• Oversee rollout of AI platforms to all employees and establish governance model with Legal, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and Data.
