Bain & Company is seeking a Strategy Practice Consultant to advance AI-enabled solutions within the Strategy & Transformation Practice. You will help develop, prototype, and deploy tools that drive client impact and enterprise growth.

You will collaborate with partners, senior managers, and case teams to accelerate adoption, measure outcomes, and scale innovations across Bain’s global network.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of technical product development experience in a similar industry or 4-5 years with MBA/Master’s/consulting background.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and tools (e.g., Python, R, OpenAI APIs) and building AI-enabled tools that create business value.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to push insights to conclusive recommendations.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication at a high level.

Responsabilidades

• Support Strategy product and IP development and deployment for the Strategy & Transformation Practice.
• Prototype, test, and scale AI-enabled tools within Bain’s Full Potential Co-Pilot suite.
• Collaborate with knowledge management to integrate high-value tools into standard workflows.
• Create demos, training materials, and market-facing content to promote solução adoption.
