Mantu is seeking a Global AI Lead to define and execute the group AI vision and strategy across its brands and corporate functions. You will drive adoption, governance, and value creation, acting as the single point of contact for AI communications.

You will lead three teams—adoption & change, tools deployment & governance, and internal AI engineering—recruiting and developing these teams while aligning objectives, ways of working, and performance standards with the Executive Committee.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in technology, engineering, data, AI, product, consulting, or large-scale transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managers, or complex programmes.
• Experience operating in a global, multi-country, or matrix organisation.
• Proven track record of taking AI, automation, or data products from experimentation to production adoption.
• Experience working with senior business leaders and technical teams.

Job Description

You will join Mantu’s Corporate team as Global AI Lead, responsible for defining and executing the group’s artificial intelligence vision and strategy. You will drive adoption, governance, and value creation across all brands and corporate functions, acting as the single point of contact for internal and external AI communication.

Your Missions

• Define the internal artificial intelligence vision and roadmap for the group
• Secure the roadmap with the Executive Committee and translate it into objectives per entity
• Arbitrate priorities and investments across brands and corporate functions
• Lead three teams: adoption & change, tools deployment & governance, and internal AI engineering
• Recruit, structure, and develop those teams
• Set objectives, ways of working, and performance standards across the three teams
• Oversee the rollout of artificial intelligence platforms to all employees
• Define the Group AI governance operating model with Legal, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and Data, ensuring practicality and delivery pace
• Ensure AI applications include appropriate human review, access controls, auditability, and escalation paths
• Maintain a clear view of platform dependency, vendor concentration, service continuity, and exit options
• Keep consumption and license costs under control across all platforms
• Define how productivity gains and savings are measured across the group
• Report to the Executive Committee on adoption, value created, cost, and risks
• Provide learnings and methodology to turn internal builds into offers for clients
• Act as the single point of contact for internal and external communication on artificial intelligence
• Represent the company with clients, partners, and at public events
• Select and negotiate with technology providers, together with the procurement team

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in technology, engineering, data, AI, product, consulting, or large-scale transformation
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managers, or complex programmes
• Experience operating in a global, multi-country, or matrix organisation
• Proven track record of taking AI, automation, or data products from experimentation to production adoption
• Experience working with senior business leaders and technical teams
• Business-first mindset, measuring success in adoption and value created rather than in tools delivered
• Fluent in English. French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture, cloud platforms, data products, APIs, identity and access management
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, tool use, and human-in-the-loop processes
• Experience with model or application evaluation, observability, monitoring, release controls, and incident management
• Ability to assess security, privacy, data governance, model risk, and regulatory requirements
