Job summary

Mantu in Porto seeks an AI Transformation Specialist - VIE French Speaker to drive AI adoption across the Group. You will coordinate multi-country workstreams, design deployment plans, and build training paths by role, from fundamentals to advanced certification.

You will track progress, organize regular sessions, and report outcomes to leadership, while developing a network of transformation leaders and sharing best practices across brands.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools and change management.
• Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy/transformation teams (min 2 years).
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of new AI tools and ensure adoption.
• Coordinate workstreams and involved entities for seamless rollout.
• Design internal communication strategies for each deployment.
• Develop AI upskilling programs and training paths by role.
• Track productivity gains and report results to leadership.
