The lemon Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and grow a high-performing, cross-functional sales team in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute sales strategies for advertising products, set targets, and monitor performance while coaching team members for peak results. Fluency in English and German at C1 are required, with prior ads sales and team-management experience.
