Cbtalents is looking for a German-speaking Search Engine / Technical Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist customers with technical inquiries, ensuring a high-quality support experience.

Responsibilities include providing support in German and English, troubleshooting issues, and documenting interactions. The position offers a fixed-term contract with a base salary of €1,100, performance bonuses, and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent German required for customer support.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Experience in technical support preferred.

Responsabilidades

Conhecimentos

Fluent German (C1 or native level)
