Zusammenfassung

Cloudheight Solutions is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to join our remote team in Portugal. You will assist customers by phone, email and chat, handling account, billing and service queries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through our products and platform features, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with ongoing training in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English (C2).
• Experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
