BCrecruitment is assisting a leading global customer-experience company in Lisbon to hire an Operations Supervisor. The German-speaking supervisor will lead a sales team supporting the digital advertising business for an international technology client.

You will coach and develop team members, drive advertising-sales performance, develop sales strategies, and track KPIs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (C1+) and good English (C1+), spoken and written.
• Team-management experience (15–30 FTE, ideally in a BPO).
• Ad-sales experience.
• Previous sales experience.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Operations Supervisor. As a German-speaking supervisor you will lead a sales team supporting the digital-advertising business of a leading international technology company.

What we offer

• Salary: €1,270 gross per month with company-provided accommodation, or €1,684 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Bonus of up to €2,000
• Meal allowance: approx. €130 per month

Relocation support

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months

Location, hours & start

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
• Start: As soon as possible
