Besthire is assisting a MedTech client in Porto, Portugal, in hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a growing multilingual team.

You will support customers of a healthcare technology brand with product and account queries by phone, email, and chat, keeping records and escalating more complex issues as needed. Full training is provided, with clear pathways for career progression.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch communication skills.
• Willingness to work in English daily.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Keep accurate records of interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
