Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers using diabetes-related medical devices. You will provide customer and technical support across multiple channels while ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.

The role includes troubleshooting device issues, processing orders and renewals, and documenting interactions in English. On-site in Porto with 24/7 rotational shifts and two days off per week, occasional nights may be

Qualificações

• Fluent German, both written and spoken.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple markets.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Healthcare, diabetes-device or technical support experience is an advantage.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit with full working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for diabetes-related medical devices and accessories across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, SMS).
• Troubleshoot product and device issues.
• Process orders and renewals.
• Document customer interactions accurately in English.
