Boeva Tech in Sofia is hiring a Logistics & Delivery Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in Dutch and English, handling delivery tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution. You will coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely service and document interactions in internal systems.

The role offers relocation support with accommodation and a company-provided onboarding process, plus a hybrid work model and career development opportunities within an international setting.

Qualificações

• Dutch: C1 level or higher.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Previous customer service or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 08:00–21:00.

As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, helping with delivery tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in Dutch and English.

• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, rescheduling, and logistics-related requests.

• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Gross Monthly Salary

• Paid Training: 3 weeks.

Working Schedule

• Monday – Saturday

• Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00

• Two rotating days off according to the schedule.
